Class evaluation for HF & VUCFYN

This project involved taking ownership of an existing class evaluation system originally built by previous employees, and further developing it based on new requirements, feature requests, and bug fixes from my employer. The system was built around Google Sheets as the central data source, with Google Apps Script used to automatically generate and distribute evaluation forms and emails to each class - removing the need for manual outreach. Once responses were collected, the data was processed and visualized through diagrams and reports, giving management a clear overview of evaluation results across classes. Initially the system was deployed across the entire Fyn region in Denmark, covering a large number of classes and students. It was later scoped down and adapted specifically for their online branch, requiring adjustments to the workflow and data processing to fit the different context. The project offered practical experience in maintaining and extending inherited codebases, communicating with stakeholders to prioritize changes, and delivering reliable tooling in a real institutional setting.
